Back in 2019, three finance professionals sat in a Kaohsiung coffee shop, frustrated. Not with their jobs — with how much time they wasted on repetitive tasks that shouldn't take so long.
We weren't planning to start a company. Honestly, we just wanted our own work to be less tedious. The three of us kept running into the same problems — spreadsheets that took hours to reconcile, approval processes that felt like archaeological digs, and reporting that ate up entire afternoons.
One evening in March 2019, while complaining over coffee (again), someone said: "Why don't we just fix this ourselves?" So we did. Started small. Built a workflow tracker for our own teams. Nothing fancy — just something that worked better than what we had.
By mid-2020, word had spread. Companies started asking if they could use what we'd built. We refined it, tested it with actual finance teams, and kept the parts that worked while ditching what didn't. No grand vision or master plan — just incremental improvements based on real feedback from people doing real work.
Today we're working with businesses across Taiwan, but the approach hasn't changed. We still build solutions for problems we've experienced ourselves. Still test everything with actual users before we consider it done. And we're still based in Kaohsiung, because that's home.
We don't create solutions looking for problems. Every tool we develop addresses specific pain points that finance teams actually face. If we haven't experienced the problem ourselves or heard about it from multiple clients, we don't build for it.
Nothing goes live until it's been used by real people in real scenarios. We run pilot programs with existing clients, collect feedback, adjust, and test again. Sometimes this means projects take longer than planned — but they work properly when they launch.
Fancy features don't matter if they complicate daily use. We prioritize clarity and efficiency over impressive-sounding capabilities. If a tool requires extensive training or feels unintuitive, we rework it until it doesn't.
We're a small team, which means you'll get to know us quickly. No automated responses or getting passed between departments — when you work with us, you work with the same people throughout.
Operations Director
Joined us in early 2021 after spending seven years in corporate finance. She's the one who keeps projects moving and makes sure client implementations actually happen on schedule.

We give you actual timeframes based on our capacity and the work involved. If a project will take three months, we tell you that upfront — not two weeks with constant delays later.
Business needs change. We build with flexibility in mind and include adjustment periods after implementation so you can refine workflows as you discover what works best for your team.
Three of us began working on a workflow tracker during evenings and weekends. Initial version was just for internal use — focused on reconciliation automation and approval routing.
A mid-sized manufacturing company in Kaohsiung asked to try our system. Spent four months customizing it for their needs and learning what worked outside our own context.
Client feedback showed needs beyond our initial scope. Added reporting modules, integration capabilities, and mobile access. Took longer than planned but resulted in a more complete solution.
Now working with 34 companies across Taiwan. Still based in Kaohsiung with a team of twelve. Currently developing enhanced analytics features based on requests from existing clients — expected rollout in late 2025.
